Frank Palangi - releases new video GONE MAD

Old friend of the show Frank Palangi releases new video Gone Mad and creates world-wide buzz. Watch video below.

The Single “Gone Mad” off the Self Produced Hard Heavy, Gritty Rock follow up EP titled “Bring on The Fear” from Recording Artist Frank Palangi. The homegrown indie rock singer, guitarist and musician who can do anythin and everythin he sets his mind to has the type of personality that doesn’t give up; whatever it takes, whoever long it takes.

Some describe Frank’s music as the next evolution of 80’s and 90’s rock/metal combined with post grunge. Frank fuels a refreshing positive outlook serving up a feeding frenzy of edgy heavy guitars, deep n gritty vocals.

Frank Palangi Produced – Mixed by Frank Palangi Mastered – Robert Venable Drums – Lester Estelle, Brandon Maclin, Allen Benatar Guitars – Frank Palangi – Brian Craddock – Rob Hungerford Bass – Frank Palangi – Bo Hyde Synth – Frank Palangi Recorded at Palangi Studios in Upstate NY, The Cat Room Recording Studios in TN, Off the Walls Studios in TN, Brandon Maclin Studios in MD, and Allen Benator Studios in CA.

After my 2017 “SET ME FREE EP” I was doing a lot of shows/opening slots and getting into more of the recording side which lead me to a year and half experience with producing, mixing and writing the 4th installment. I progressed and learned so much through that time through books, videos and interviews about mixing and with upgraded my home studio equipment. The songs I always knew would be apart of the same CD double EP had to be similar but still new and exciting vs I Am Ready CD (2013). I teamed up with few of my favorites to work with from Lester Estelle (Kelly Clarkson) – Brian Craddock and Brandon Maclin from Daughtry for some studio work. I had self produced a single or two before but always working with producers and mixers on my main EP”s, this really made me step up and think about the whole process a lot more. This is more gritty and heavier than the “I AM Ready” release. No reason for it, just led me in that direction with the love of heavy rock. With my wide variety of influences, I did somethin more constant which may not be always the cause for the future.

MUSHROOMHEAD A Wonderful Life - release date June 19

Masked horror metal icons MUSHROOMHEAD ascend to the next level of heavy greatness with A Wonderful Life!

For the better part of the past five years, top-charting masked metal machine MUSHROOMHEAD have been crafting the epic follow up to their monumental 2014 full-length album, The Righteous & The Butterfly – waiting patiently to drop their next collection of anthems. MUSHROOMHEAD make their prodigious return with the new full-length oeuvre, A Wonderful Life, the Cleveland collective’s eighth release of their benchmark career. The album clocks in at a whopping 70+ minutes with its four bonus tracks – leaving a total of 17 stellar compositions in its wake for fans to devour. The band shifts into high gear with introductory track “A Requiem For Tomorrow”, beginning with an ominous choral piece and juxtaposing heavy industrial-inspired grooves with melodic synths. This sets the stage for stocky, chant-worthy arena anthems such as “Seen It All” and hair-raising, politically-inclined tracks like “The Heresy” and “Carry On”, both featuring the sinister multi-voice attack of new full-time vocalist Ms. Jackie and returning longtime vocalist J Mann, with an extra punch from fellow new vocalist Mr. Rauckhorst on the latter. Tracks like “What A Shame”, “I Am The One” and “Madness Within” will prove a treat for new and diehard MUSHROOMHEAD fans alike – providing the macabre inspiration followers have come to crave with a weighty dose of galloping drums and bone-rattling guitars, to boot. This is accented by the sharp production of band mastermind/drummer Skinny, as well as the mixing prowess of Matt Wallace (Faith No More, 3 Doors Down), also recognized for his work on the band’s classic offering XIII. MUSHROOMHEAD attacks track after track with a refreshed focus, delivering a carefully-curated selection of certified future hits. A Wonderful Life re-cements the band’s position as one of the most consistently impactful heavy bands of our generation.

MTRS - Featured Artist - ENRAGE (NY metal/hardcore band)

Long time New York Metal and hardcore band, ENRAGE will be releasing a new EP entitled, “I WANNA E.P. SOMEBODY”. The EP will feature the classic W.A.S.P. anthem, “I Wanna Be Somebody” along with a new song and more.

Enrage planned on releasing a full length album in the Summer of 2020 but the Covid-19 pandemic has delayed those plans. While in quarantine, the band decided to finish mixing two of the songs, that were set for that album, and release them as an EP for everyone to hear during this tough time.
“We hope this EP will entertain all those on the front lines aiding people during the Coronavirus outbreak, as well as anyone just going stir crazy at home…. W.A.S.P.’s “I Wanna Be Somebody” inspired me when I was growing up and I think it’s time to get that song back out there for people to hear now. While the new track, “All Right” is about spreading positivity during this negative time.” states Jeff Enrage, lead vocalist and founding member.

The drums on “I Wanna Be Somebody” were recorded by Jerry Farley (Sick of It All, Candiria, Every Time I Die) at Nova Studios, Staten Island, NY. The songs were mixed and mastered by Mike Pelle (Alan Goldsher, Black Helicopters) at Big Goiter Studios, Staten Island, NY.

ENRAGE hopes to be out playing live shows as soon as possible. Leading up to this release the band played as a supporting act for numerous bands, including, Soulfly, Sick Of it All, Agnostic Front and Possessed in 2019 /2020. For more information visit

#581 MTRS - Paul Stanely, Sean Peck

Ok, so this is just an insane show for you this week. A drunk Paul calls in and talks about everything!  From getting his anus inspected in New Jersey at a grocery store because of a possible stealing.  We talked about the TV show Three Company, Jenny in Forest Gump in how she was a whore and should have died, and was a prick tease.  This was a really interesting show.  Little Richard was brought up and was not talked about (out of respect).
