Styx, REO Speedwagon and Loverboy hit Blossom Music Center recently with a vengeance. It may have stormed and shortened Loverboy’s set but that didn’t stop the thousands upon thousands waiting to get in to see the trio performances.
Loverboy took to the stage with just a handful of fans in the seats but that did not stop them. They gave it their all and put on a flawless performance. Reno was on fire and the rest of the band followed with him.
By the time they were done with their set the seats were all filled and the ferocity in the band was overwhelming.
REO Speedwagon definitely firing on all cylinders. From the first note to the very end the band performed hit after hit after hit. The crowd ate it! It was evident that this crowd favorite band still had the mojo that they have been known for. A definite band to check out if you have never done so.
Headlining was the world famous Styx. As usual Styx performed all their hits they have been known for and had the crowd eating out of their hands. Tommy Shaw and the gang performed a long set and left a memorable event in the minds of all that attended.
