Metallica to enter the courtroom to sue over concert postponements

Bay area bangers Metallica will be persuing compensation for their losses in South America in 2020 for the COVID-19 pandemic.

NBC Los Angeles are reporting that they are suing insurer (Lloyds of London) for unspecified damages along with a declaration of the rights and obligation of the parties.”cancellation, abandonment and non-appearance insurance” (per iheart article)

Metallica has been in talks about putting together a new release as well as to hitting the stage this fall with Louder than Life, Aftershock and Welcome to Rockville festivals.
