
The Los Angeles based self-proclaimed Kings of Sleaze Rock Faster Pussycat have just announced a summer tour with Supersuckers.
The tour will kick-off on May 30th in Las Vegas and wind its way through Arizona, New Mexico and Texas, then up into the Midwest, over to the East Coast with a return headed homeward in July.
Faster Pussycat will also appear this weekend Sunday May 13th at the annual spring Rainbow Bash supporting Hanoi Rocks frontman Michael Monroe in his first Los Angeles appearance in years.
You can catch the show in the Cleveland area at the Mercury Music Lounge in Lakewood, OH in which Cleveland’s own rockers Vultan will be driving the show on June 19th.
Faster Pussycat are fronted by founder and chief song-writer Taime Downe, with his rhythm section of Chad Stewart (drums) and Danny Nordahl (bass) holding down the low-end since 2001.
The group also feature a dual-guitar attack with Sam ‘Bam’ Koultan and Kieran Robertson.
The 30 date U.S. Tour will hit more than 20 states and also feature a pair of openers in The Rumours and The Lonely Ones, with Supersuckers billed as direct support.
